This website (aiagencyengine.io) and the products, training, software, and community offered through it (collectively, the “Services”) are operated by ADD Marketing Group, LLC (“ADD Marketing Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

1.Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information we receive from third parties.

Information from third parties

Our retailers (JVZoo and PayKickstart), payment processors, email and webinar platforms, advertising and analytics partners, and affiliate partners may share information with us about your transactions and interactions so that we can fulfil orders, grant access, credit affiliates, and improve the Services.

2.How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

3.Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, browser local storage, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate and improve the Services. These help us remember your preferences, understand how the Services are used, measure and serve advertising, and credit affiliate referrals.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, clear local storage through your browser’s site data controls, and opt out of many advertising cookies through your device or platform privacy controls. Browsers handle “Do Not Track” signals differently, and we do not currently respond to a uniform DNT standard.

4.How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described below:

Some sharing of data with advertising partners for measurement and targeting may be considered “sharing” or “selling” under certain U.S. state laws. You may opt out as described in Section 6.

5.Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide the Services, and as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain business and financial records, and enforce our agreements. Affiliate-tracking identifiers expire as described in Section 3. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

6.Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have rights to restrict or object to certain processing and to data portability, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Note that deleting your information may end your access to products you have purchased and to the community. To exercise any right, contact us using the details in Section 13. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

7.Email & SMS Communications

If you opt in, we may send you marketing and educational emails, and, where you provide your number and consent, text messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, and you may reply STOP to opt out of text messages. We may still send you non-marketing, transactional messages related to your purchases and account, such as receipts, joining links, and access instructions.

8.Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information, and we do not store payment card numbers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

9.Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

The Services link to and depend on third-party platforms, including JVZoo, PayKickstart, Discord, Zoom, Sendlane, Vidalytics, Vercel, and Supabase. This Policy does not cover their practices. When you use one of those platforms, their own privacy policy and terms apply, and we encourage you to read them.

11.International Users

We operate in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

12.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by email where required. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
