By requesting an affiliate link and promoting Sean Donahoe's AI Agency Engine launch, you agree to the following. We reserve the right to decline or remove any affiliate at our discretion.

  1. Approval required. All affiliates must be approved before promoting. We may decline or revoke approval at any time, for any reason.
  2. No spam. Mail only opt-in lists you own or are authorized to mail, and comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and all applicable laws. Purchased lists, safelists, and unsolicited email are prohibited and will forfeit all commissions.
  3. No misrepresentation. Do not make income guarantees, fabricate results or testimonials, or misstate what the product is, its price, or its refund terms. Stick to the approved swipes and claims.
  4. No trademark or brand bidding. No paid search, social, or display bidding on "AI Agency Engine," "Sean Donahoe," "aiagencyengine.io," misspellings, or related brand terms, and no domain/URL that could be confused with ours.
  5. No incentivized or misleading traffic. No cash-back, rebates, fake scarcity, cookie stuffing, iframe/forced clicks, or self-purchases through your own link. Such commissions are void.
  6. FTC disclosure. Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever required.
  7. Commissions. 50% on every rung listed in the commission table on this page, paid through JVZoo subject to JVZoo's terms. Refunds, chargebacks, and reversed transactions reverse the corresponding commission.
  8. What is and is not commissionable. The commissionable products are the ones listed in the commission table on this page. Any other offer is a house offer and is not affiliate tracked. We are telling you this up front rather than letting you find it in a payout report.
